Raise a Concern
Last updated 29 July 2026
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, this page tells you exactly who to contact, what happens next, and where to go if we don't put it right.
1. Who handles it
We're required to name the person responsible for answering your questions and complaints, and to publish how to reach them. That person is:
To be appointed
Grievance Officer & Data Protection Contact
Email: support@wed.cards
Post: HQ — Pune, India 411057
2. What you can raise
Anything at all to do with your information. For example:
- We didn't act on your request to see, correct or delete your data.
- You think we're using your information for something you didn't agree to.
- You withdrew permission and something didn't stop.
- Your details are wrong and you can't fix them yourself.
- A guest has asked you to remove their details and you need our help.
- You think your information has been exposed or misused.
Many of these you can sort out yourself in seconds at Profile → Privacy & Data — download your data, withdraw permission, or delete your account. This page is for when that isn't enough.
3. What happens, and when
- Within 72 hours — we acknowledge your message and give you a reference number.
- Within 30 days — you get a written answer explaining what we found, what we've done, and what happens next. We hold ourselves to this deadline strictly.
- If it's genuinely complicated — we may need longer. If so we'll tell you inside the first 30 days, explain why, and keep you updated. We won't just go quiet.
To help us sort it out quickly, please include the email address on your account, what happened, and what you'd like us to do about it.
4. If we don't resolve it
The authority that oversees us is the Data Protection Board of India. We're based in India, so this is the route that carries real weight.
Please come to us first — that's both the quickest way to get it fixed and what the law expects. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, or we fail to reply in time, you can then take it to the Board. Please quote your reference number.
If you're in Europe or the UK, you can also contact your local privacy regulator. We should be straight with you about what that achieves: we have no European office, so no European authority supervises us directly and their powers over us are more limited than they would be over a local company. That's exactly why we commit to the same 30-day answer and the same standard of care for you as for anyone else — what you get from us doesn't depend on who can force us.
5. A note on good faith
We'd far rather hear about a problem than have you leave quietly. If something has gone wrong, or even just feels wrong, please tell us — we'll look into it properly, and if we've made a mistake we'll say so and fix it.
We only ask that concerns are raised in good faith. For general questions that aren't complaints, use hello@wed.cards or our contact form.
